TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY RELEASE

Deposits and/or payments certify that I have fully read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions below as well as read the content of this link: Liability Release. Belle Vue Tours reserves the right to withdraw any parts of the tour and make any necessary changes. Due to the nature of the tour, only one (1) bag (max 50 lbs) is allowed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Belle Vue Tours – Organized Tours

Client-Initiated Cancellations: Applicable to Tours Executing from February 1, 2019.

179-90 Days                                          50% refund less deposit

89 Days or Less                                   No Refund

*All deposits are Non-Refundable, unless: (1) you make a cancellation request within 24 hours of deposit payment. No other exceptions apply.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and faxed to 866-677-4110 and/or emailed to travel@bvtourshaiti.com with the Belle Vue Tours date you are requesting the cancellation for. The date the written cancellation is received determines the refund amount applicable. Your cancellation request will be processed within 5 DAYS and any applicable refund will be issued in 30 DAYS. A confirmation letter will be emailed to you when the process is completed.

If unforeseen circumstances require a change to the trip itinerary, Belle Vue Tours will make every effort to select alternative hotels of the same standard and to keep modifications to a minimum.

In addition, no refunds are possible for unused services including hotel rooms, air or land transport, trekking days, or other sightseeing excursions. If you have to be removed from a trip for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund.

We will not reimburse guests for any personal expenses such as airline tickets, other travel or hotel expenses due to changes in itineraries. Further, we will not provide any refund for any delay, change, cancellation, overbooking, or strike by our independent suppliers who provide various goods and services connected with your tour. This includes lodging, meals, transportation, sightseeing, and activities.

We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters, terrorism, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that you cancel, Belle Vue Tours is not responsible for any loss incurred for travel costs. For this reason, we strongly advise that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance to protect your travel investment.

Belle Vue Tours Initiated Cancellations

Belle Vue Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour using our discretion. In this case, Belle Vue Tours will issue either of the following option of your choice:

(1) Credit equal to the amount paid toward a future tour which must be completed within one calendar year.

Or

(2) full refund + deposit for the land portion only (airline ticket excluded).


Refund of payments received by Belle Vue Tours will constitute the full and final settlement.

 

Postponed/Rescheduled Tours

In the event that a tour is postponed/rescheduled guests will have the following options:

(1) Attend the rescheduled tour, where credit of the amount paid for the previous tour will be applied.

Or

(2) Contact the insurance company for reimbursement.

*Rescheduled tour will be the same tour offered at a later date or another tour of equal or greater value.  Packages are not transferable.

 

Belle Vue Tours Customized Tours

* Customized tour cancellation policies are on a case-by-case basis. Will be included as part of the customize tour package.

Tour availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
