Installment payments due every 60-days after deposit with final payment due by April 22nd, 2027.
Thirty (30) days before the trip begins, we will collect USD $300 from each participant. This amount is to cover all gratuities for the two-weeks, including drivers, baggage handlers, guides, and restaurant servers and staff.

Medical Intake must be submitted 30-days before departure.

Tour availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Belle Vue Tours reserves the right to withdraw any parts of the tour and make any necessary changes.
As to the nature of The Legacy Tour, Travel Insurance and Medical Intake forms are required.
Failure to submit may result in removal from the tour and cancellation policy activated.

Postponed or Reschedule Tours:
If Belle Vue Tours is unable to operate a tour as scheduled, the tour will be rescheduled for a later date.
Payments will be applied as a credit toward the rescheduled tour.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, you may submit a written cancellation request in accordance with our refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to travel@bvtourshaiti.com. The date the request is received determines the applicable refund amount.
Guests unable to attend should contact their travel insurance provider for reimbursement.
If Belle Vue Tours cancels the tour, all payments will be refunded in full.
Installment Payments:
Failure to submit payment within fifteen (15) days of a scheduled installment due date constitutes a breach of booking terms and may result in automatic cancellation of the guest’s reservation.
All cancellation penalties in effect at the time of cancellation will apply.
